Move-in procedures 9.3 ~ 9.5
¡Ø If you do not submit the move-in documents, you cannot move in ¡Ø Students who vacated the rooms after the 1st semester(summer vacation nonresidents) also must come to room 1205 for verification.
(2) Receive the card keys from the administrative office located at the 2nd floor of building 1 then enter. (Key pickup time: 09:00 ~ 18:00)
(3) Go to the basement dining room and register the hand vessels in the machine placed on the front entrance. (Those of you who are using the food stamps do not need to register).
Q1. Hand vessels registration procedures - You must register the hand vessels in order to eat and those using the food stamps are not required. [Hand vessels registration can be done only at the basement dining room during the meal hours]. The registration is done by the workers at the entrance, and if you cannot find anyone, go to the nutrition office inside the dining room and request.
Q2.Submitting the move-in documents - The move-in documents are chest X-ray examination papers. Only when the move-in documents are submitted, you may receive the room keys and register the hand vessels. The submission time for move-in documents is 09:00 to 18:00. The students who desire to move-in after 18:00 may request to the administrative office and only the dormitory doors will be opened. You may take in your luggage, sleep, then submit the move-in documents the following day to take normal move-in procedures(receiving card keys and hand vessels registration). |
