2020 Spring Semester International Students Dormitory Selection and Payment [2020학년도 1학기 외국인 재학생(선발자) 생활관비 납부 공고]
Applicants must read the attached file thoroughly before paying, and will be held responsible for everything resulting from not having done so.
▶ Selection: January 21st(Tue.), 2020 ▶ 선발자 확정공고: 2020. 1. 21.(화)
▶ Payment Period A. First: January 21st(Tue.) 10:00 ~ 23rd(Thur.) 16:00, 2020 ※ If you cannot pay within the period of payment due to your return during vacation, you must submit ‘Statement of Reasons’ and ‘Plane ticket(confirmation)’ to the dormitory administration office by January 23rd(Thur.) 16:00 before you leave.B. Those who have submitted a statement of Reasons and plane ticket in advance: Return ~ March 4th(Wed.) 16:00, 2020 ※ If you don’t send the statement of reason and pay bill, your selection will be automatically cancelled. (No additional payment) ▶ 생활관비 납부 기간 가. 1차 납부: 2020. 1. 21.(화) 10:00 ~ 2020. 1. 23.(목) 16:00 ※ 1차 납부기간 동안 해외에 체류함에 따라 납부가 불가능한 외국인생에 한하여 해외에 체류함을 증빙하는 비행기표와 사유서를 2020. 1. 23. (목) 16:00까지 제출한 학생은 2차 납부기한까지 납부 연장 가능. 나. 2차 납부 : 귀국일 ~ 2020. 3. 4. (수) 16:00 까지 ※ 사유서 제출없이 1차 납부기간에 납부를 하지 않을 경우, 입주의사가 없는 것으로 간주하여 선발은 취소 처리되며 개별 연락 없이 결원석은 후보자로 충원함(추가수납없음)

▶ Move in Period: February 28th (Fri.) 12:00 ~ March 1st (Sun.) by 18:00 〔Time: February 28th(Fri.) 12:00 ~ 18:00, February 29th(Sat.) ~ March 1st(Sun.) 09:00 ~ 18:00〕 ▶ 입주 기간: 2020. 2. 28. (금) 12:00 ∼ 2020. 3. 1. (일) 18:00 〔시간 : 2020. 2. 28. (금) 12:00 ~ 18:00, 2020. 2. 29. (토) ~ 3. 1. (일) 09:00~18:00〕
▶ Required Document: Chest X-ray examination report 1(check for tuberculosis) - Validity of Chest X-ray: Within 2 months of move-in date(2020. 2. 28.) - Original copy and it should be in only Korean or English ☞ Those who fail to submit the documents are not allowed to move-in register, so be sure to prepare the documents for moving in ▶ 입주 시 제출서류: 흉부 X-ray 검진 소견서 1부(결핵 이상유무 확인) - 진단서 유효기간: 입주기준일(2020. 2. 28.)로 부터 2개월 이내 검사 결과만 유효 - 원본을 제출하여야 하며 한국어 또는 영어로 된 결과지만 인정함(타 언어로 표기된 경우는 공증된 번역본 첨부) ☞ 입주 당일 제출해야하며 미제출시 입주 불가
