    NOTICE


    The closing of the 2015' summer session and the opening of the 2015' 2'st semester

    1.　Procedures about Dormitory Closing and Opening

    A. Closing and Opening

    Section

    Closing

    The residents who do not stay for   the 2'st sesmester.

    o The residents who did not pay the fee for the 2015’ 2‘st semester must move out by 12:00(Noon) on 8.29..(Sat.)

    ※ Housing Office will remove all personal property and any property that you fail to remove shall be deemed to be abandoned.

     The residents who stay for the 2'st sesmester.

    (Including the residents who move to another dormitory)

    o The residents who are moving to another building.

     ※ Moving time : 8.29.(Sat.) 12:00(Noon) ~ 14:00

    o The residents can enter their room after the representative checks the rooms.

    o Housing Office will check all of the rooms  from 14:00 to 18:00 on 18th(Thur.) therefore entrance to the dorm will not be allowed during that time.

    o Food will be served by 8. 28(Fri.) Breakfast.

    o Inquiries about personal belongings or door-to-door delivery service can be received at the Students Organization site

    B. Attention

    1) If your previous room is messy or if there are any broken facilities, you will be asked to pay for the damage, otherwise your entrance for the next semester will not be permitted.

    2) Housing Office will not take any responsibility for missing personal properties therefore you will have to take care of your own belongings.

    2. 2015' 2’st semester dormitory opening

    A. Opening date : 2015. 8. 30(Sun.) from 12:00(Noon)   

    B. The food will be served from 8. 30(dinner) for 2015' 2’st semester.

    C. For Other Questions.

    1) If you have any problems, please visit the Dormitory Administration  Office (Jilli-gwan, 1F), Cheomseong/Myungui-Gwan's residents are to visit the Cheomseong Administration Office(Cheomseong-Gwan 1dong, 1F)

    2) Dormitory Administration Office(☎053-950-6681~2)/ Cheomseong(☎053-940-0140)
