첨성관 입주절차 안내

1. 개관일시 : 2월 27일(금) 12:00 ~ 18:00 (시간 엄수 바람)

2. 입주절차 진행 장소 : 첨성관 지하 식당

3. 입주절차

(1) 입주서류 제출 [ 입주서류 미제출자는 입주 불가 ]

A. 흉부 엑스레이 촬영 소견서 ( 결핵 감염여부 확인용 )

※ 발급일이 입주 2개월전(2014. 12.27 이후 발급분)까지만 유효함.

B. 주민등록등본 1부 ( 거주지 확인용 )

C. 바이오정보 수집동의서

※ 바이오정보 수집동의서는 지하식당 앞 테이블에 비치되어 있으니 작성해서 함께 제출 바랍니다.

(2) 손혈관 등록 [ 매식 선택자(식권 이용자) 제외 ]

A. 직원의 안내에 따라 기기에 손혈관을 등록합니다.

B. 등록 후 식당 이용시 항상 손혈관 인식을 하고 식당 출입을 해야 합니다.

(3) 호실 키 수령 [ 동계방학 호실 잔류자 제외 ]

A. 본인 호실에 해당하는 키를 수령합니다. 사전에 반드시 본인의 호실 및 침상번호를 숙지해야 합니다.

B. 기존 첨성관 거주자중 호실이 변경된 관생은 기존 호실 키 를 반납하고, 변경된 호실 키를 수령합니다.

※ 신규입주자는 (1),(2),(3)의 입주절차를 모두 완료해야 입실이 가능합니다.

Move-in procedures

1. Dormitory opening date: 2.27(Friday) 12:00 to 18:00 (punctuality requested)

2. Place of move-in procedures: Chumsunggwan basement dining room

3. Move-in procedures

(1) Submitting move-in documents

[you may not move in if the documents are not submitted]

A. Chest X-ray photo and referral (for checking tuberculosis)

※ Only the X-rays' taken within two months from the move-in date is valid. (After 2014. 12.27)

B. Biometric data collection consent

※ Biometric data collection consent is available at the table in front of the basement dining room so please complete and submit.

(2) Hand vessels registration [Excluding those using the food stamps]

A. Register the vessels on back of the hand according to the guidance of the worker

B. After registering the hand vessels and using the dining room, you must always read the hand vessels when entering and exiting the dining room.

(3) Receiving room keys

A. Receive the key that corresponds to your own room. You must know the room number and the bed number prior to receiving the keys.

B. Students who have changed the room numbers at Chumsunggwan should return the old keys and receive the new ones.

※ New residents must follow the move-in procedures (1), (2), (3) in order to move in.
