첨성관 입주절차 안내
1. 개관일시 : 2015년 8월 30일 12:00 ~ 19:00 2. 입주절차 진행 장소 : 첨성관 지하 식당 3. 입주절차 (1) 입주서류 제출 A. 흉부 엑스레이 촬영 소견서 (결핵 감염 여부 확인용) * 소견서는 발급일이 입주 2개월 전(2015. 6. 30이후 발급분)까지만 유효함. - 2015년 하계방학 입주시에 흉부 엑스레이 촬영 소견서를 제출한 관생은 2학기 개관시 다시 제출할 필요없음.
B. 주민등록 등본 - 대학원생은 주민등록 등본 제출할 필요없음.
(2) 손등 혈관 등록 A. 직원의 안내에 따라 손등혈관 인식기에 손등 혈관을 등록합니다. B. 식당 출입시 본인 확인 용도로 쓰이며, 등록 후 식당 이용 시 항상 손등 혈관을 인식을 하고 식당 출입을 해야 합니다.
(3) 호실 키 수령 A. 안내에 따라 본인 호실에 해당하는 키를 수령합니다. 사전에 반드시 본인의 호실 및 침상번호를 숙지해야 합니다. B. 기존 첨성관 거주자중 호실이 변경된 관생은 기존 호실 키 를 반납하고, 변경된 호실 키를 수령합니다.
※ 신규입주자는 (1),(2),(3)의 입주절차를 모두 완료해야 입실이 가능합니다.

* Chest X-ray referral is only valid if the date of issuance is two months before moving in (issued after 2015. 6. 30)
(2) Back of hands veins registration A) Register the student’s hand veins with the fame recognition device according to the guidance of the employee. B) It is used for personal identification purposes when entering the cafeteria and when using cafeteria you must always enter after identifying hand veins.
(3) Room key collection A) According to guidance collect the key corresponding to your room. You must remember beforehand from the list attached on the glassful of the cafeteria the room number and that number you have been assigned. B) For students that already moved in whose rooms changed, return the previous room key to the Maintenance office and collect the new room key.
※ New tenants must complete all move-in procedures (1),(2),(3) to be able to move in.
