첨성관 입주절차 안내

1. 개관일시 : 12월 19일(토) 12:00 ~ 19:00 (시간 엄수 바람)

2. 입주절차 진행 장소 : 첨성관 지하 식당

3. 입주절차

(1) 입주서류 제출

[ 동계방학 신규 입주자만 해당, 입주서류 미제출자는 입주 불가]

     A. 흉부 엑스레이 촬영 소견서 (결핵 감염여부 확인용)

※ 발급일이 입주 2개월전(2015. 10. 19일 이후 발급분)까지만 유효함.

* 타 관에서 첨성관으로 이동한 관생도 서류제출창구에 방문하여 먼저 본인 확인을 하시기 바랍니다.

(2) 손혈관 등록 [ 신규 입사자 및 동 이동생 해당, 매식 선택자(식권 이용자) 제외 ]

A. 직원의 안내에 따라 기기에 손혈관을 등록합니다.

B. 등록 후 식당 이용시 항상 손혈관 인식을 하고 식당 출입을 해야 합니다.

(3) 호실 키 수령 [ 신규 입주자, 호실 변경자 해당 ]

A. 1동 2층에 위치한 관리실로 가서 본인 호실에 해당하는 키를 수령합니다. 사전에 반드시 본인의 호실 및 침상번호를 숙지한 뒤 방문해야 합니다.

B. 기존 첨성관 거주자중 호실이 변경된 관생은 기존 호실 키를 반납하고, 변경된 호실 키를 수령합니다.

※ 신규입주자는 (1),(2),(3)의 입주절차를 모두 완료해야 입실이 가능합니다.

3. The procedures for moving in

(1) The submission of documents for moving in [ only applied to new resident ]

* Students living in a dorm who moved to Cheomseong dorm from other dorm as well visit the window for submitting document to confirm your identity, please.

(2) The registration of vein in the back of hand

[ applied to new resident and the student living in a dorm who moved to Cheomseong dorm from other dorm ]

1) Register the vein in the back of your hand in the equipment following a guide of staff.

2) It is used in the purpose of confirming the identity when entering the restaurant and in case of using the restaurant after registration, always have to enter the restaurant with the vein authentication.

* Students who have resided in succession to before in Cheomseong dorm have to register the blood vessel of hand again.

(3) Receipt of room key [ applied to new resident and person who changed the room ]

1) Go to the maintenance office located in the second floor of dorm No. 1 and receipt a key which accords with your room. Have to be well-informed of your room and bed number surely beforehand.

2) Among existing residents of Cheomseong dorm, students for whom room was changed return an existing key of room and receive a key of room which was changed.

※ It is possible for new resident to enter it only if completing all procedures for moving in of (1), (2) and (3).
