1. 지원자격 : 본교에 재학 중이며 생활관 입주를 희망하는 외국인 학생

2. 입주원서 접수

◯ 접수기간 : 2017. 12. 12(화) 10:00 ~ 12. 15(금) 18:00

◯ 접수방법 : 통합정보시스템(http://yes.knu.ac.kr)에서 인터넷 접수

   ※ 인터넷 사용에 문제가 있을 시 생활관 행정실(진리관, 첨성관 1층)로 방문 바람 (접수기간 이외 접수불가)

◯ 주의사항

- 현재 생활관에 거주 중인 외국인생도 반드시 입주 신청을 해야 선발될 수 있음

- 휴학생 및 졸업생은 입주 불가(대학원 수료생은 반드시 지도교수의 추천서를 제출)

- 통합정보시스템에 연락 가능한 연락처, 혹은 이메일 주소를 명확히 기재할 것

  (후보자 충원 시 연락이 안되면 선발 취소)

3. 선발방법

◯ 학번 상의 입학년도가 최근인 자를 우선 선발하며 입학년도가 같을 경우 생년월일(내림차순) 순으로선발

4. 선발취소 및 입주제한

◯ 납입기간 내 생활관비를 미납한 경우는 입주의사가 없는 것으로 간주하여 선발을 취소함

◯ 전염성 질환 이환자 및 보균자, 단체생활에 부적당하다고 인정되는 학생

◯ 생활관 생활수칙 제 8장에 의거 벌점 7점 이상의 고벌점자

5. 생활관비

※ 선택식(식권제)에 대한 자세한 사항은 생활관 홈페이지 “2017학년도 생활관 식권제 안내사항” 참고

6. 선발자 확정공고

◯ 2018년 1월 23일(화)(예정)

   ※ 선발 결과는 개별통지하지 않으므로 본인이 통합정보시스템을 통해 확인해야 함

◯ 선발된 학생은 합격자 명단과 함께 게시되는 “생활관비 납부(2018. 1. 22일경)”에 대한 공고를 반드시 정독하여 불이익이 없도록 주의하기 바람

1) The current residents of dormitory must apply for 2018 1st semester if you want to live.

2) Students who have graduated or completed their course are not the proper applicant.

3) Check and make sure the contact number in your yes program.

3. Procedure for Selection

◯ The person who enters KNU later among applicants get a higher ranking, the higher  ranked students

※ The year of student number is a standard, By same year cases, descending order of the date of birth will get the higher ranking.

4. Cancellation and Restrictions on Entrance

Applicants who,
     ⅰ) do not pay their dormitory fee within the period,
     ⅱ) carry the Epidemic disease, and
     ⅲ) are not suitable for communal life shall not be entered.
