1. Procedures about Dormitory Closing and Opening

The residents who do not stay for the 2013’summer session |
o The residents who did not pay the fee for the 2013’summer session must move out by 12:00(Noon) on 6. 18(Tue.)
※ Housing Office will remove all personal property and any property that you fail to remove shall be deemed to be abandoned. |

The residents who stay for the 2013’summer session
(Including the residents who move to another dormitory) |
o The residents who are moving to another building.
※ Moving time : 6. 18(Tue.) 12:00(Noon) ~ 13:00
o Scanning hand
- building : 6. 18(Tue.) after 18:00, At the door
- cafeteria : 6.19(Wed.) from 17:00
(but, Cheomseong-Gwan cafeteria 6.19(Wed.) from 12:00)
o The residents can enter their room after the representative checks the rooms.
o Housing Office will check all of the rooms from 13:00 to 18:00 on 18th(Tue.) therefore entrance to the dorm will not be allowed during that time |

o Food will be served by 6. 18(Tue.) Breakfast.
o Inquiries about personal belongings or door-to-door delivery service can be received at the Students Organization site |
B. Attention
1) If your previous room is messy or if there are any broken facilities, you
will be asked to pay for the damage, otherwise your entrance for the next
semester will not be permitted.
2) Housing Office will not take any responsibility for missing personal
properties therefore you will have to take care of your own belongings.
2. 2013' summer session dormitory opening
A. Opening date : 2012. 6. 19(Wed.) from 12:00(Noon)
B. The food will be served from 6. 19(dinner) for 2013' summer session.
C. The new residents must attend the orientation of their dormitory,
which will take place during June. 26th(Wed.) ~ 28th(Fri.)(Plan)
D. For Other Questions.
1) If you have any problems, please visit the Dormitory Administration Office
(Jilli-gwan, 1F), Cheomseong/Myungui-Gwan's residents are to visit the
Cheomseong Administration Office(Cheomseong-Gwan 1dong, 2F)
