Refund Notice(Spring Semester Dormitory Fee Refund) Due to the spread of COVID-19, the whole spring semester 2020 would be run online lecture. So the official opening schedule of the dormitory has been canceled. Accordingly, we would like to refund the dormitory fee. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
1. Refund Account Input Peiod: May 7th(Thur.) 10:00 ~ 10th(Sun.) 18:00 * If you do not enter your refund account, you cannot make a refund. Please enter your own bank account until May 10th 18:00. * Students living in dormitories will also be required to apply for a refund of their dormitory fees for the spring semester and will be charged separately for temporary staying on May 12th.
2. Refunding Date: End of the May ~ Beginning of the June * The schedule may change depending on the circumstances.
3. How to input the refund account * YES System(yes.knu.ac.kr) ¡æ Login ¡æ Dormitory ¡æ Apply for residence ¡æ Cancel residence application -> Write down Emergency contact number(E-mail) ¡æ Write down the reason ¡°Online Lecture for whole spring semester¡± ¡æ Input your Bank Account Number for Refund ¡æ Apply(½Åû) 4.
